I am passionate about the Yogi Lifestyle, that is why I fused my experience as a Yoga teacher with my expertise in nutrition; not only to improve health but to take the Yoga practice to the next level — maximising mental and physical performance.

I started practising the DeRose Method more than six years ago. After I finished my degree as a nutritionist, I moved to Sao Paulo to do my masters in oncology.
While in Sao Paulo, I practised at the renowned DeRose Method Headquarters and embarked on a journey to hone my Yogi training. I also had the opportunity to study and work directly with Prof. DeRose, the systematiser of the DeRose Method.
